MARK OSOWSKI YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUES
ALL BASKETBALL SCHEDULES HAVE CHANGED!
Please read each description for practice
and game information.
In these recreational basketball leagues, players learn the fundamentals of basketball, sportsmanship, teamwork, learning new skills or sharpening existing ones, while having fun!
Participants will be randomly placed on teams and assigned to coaches. We cannot honor requests for any league.
Volunteer Coaches Needed! Contact us to apply or download the application on our Dept. Info. Page, fill it out and return it to the office with a picture ID. All Coaches MUST be able to pass a CORI/SORI check. There will be a mandatory coaches meeting for ALL head coaches, regardless of length of coaching experience with us. Date and time: TBD
Grades 5-12 will be required to attend a Draft. This will help even off the teams. See draft schedule under each league. Participants will take part in a 5-minute scrimmage during this time. Once they have completed their scrimmage, they can leave the gym.

SHARP SHOOTERS CO-ED BASKETBALL LEAGUE Grades 5-6 MANDATORY DRAFT: Monday, Jan. 5, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Francis Drake School gym. Deadline to register for Grades 5-6 is Monday, December 22nd or Until Full.
A one hour practice will be given each week on Friday evenings: Jan. 16-March 13 (No practices Feb. 20). The Sharp Shooters Co-Ed Basketball League is combined for both boys and girls. The program is designed to give all players equal playing time while making new friends.
GAMES: Saturdays: Jan. 17-March 14, 2026 (No games Feb. 21)
Games will be 1 hour in the morning between 8:30-12:30pm. Times of games will vary each week.
PRACTICES: A one hour practice will be given each week on the following Friday evenings: Jan. 16, 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13, 27, March 6, 13 (No practices Feb. 20)
GRADES: 5-6

FAST BREAK BOYS BASKETBALL LEAGUE Grades 7-8: MANDATORY DRAFT: Tuesday, January 6th, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Francis Drake School gym. Deadline to register for Grades 7-8 is Monday, December 22nd or Until Full.
The Fast Break Boys Basketball League is a very popular program that emphasizes basic fundamentals, strategy, and teamwork. The program is designed to give all players equal playing time while making new friends.
GAMES: Thursdays: Jan 15– March 12, 2026 (No Games on Feb. 19). Games will be 1 hour in the evenings between 6:30-9:30pm
PRACTICES: A one hour practice will be given each week on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 14, 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 25, March 3, and March 11 (No practices Feb. 18)
GRADES: 7-8
COST: $90.00 Res./$110 Non-Res.
SITE: Frances Drake School gym (Games), Skyview Middle School gym (Practices)
Boys Teen League - Grades 9-12: MANDATORY DRAFT: Tuesday, Jan. 13th, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Frances Drake School gym. No registrations will be taken at the draft. Deadline to register for Grades 9-12 is Tuesday, January 6th or Until Full.
The Teen Basketball league is designed for players in grades 9-12. This program is available to boys that are not participating in the high school program. Come and enjoy a fun and competitive basketball program with your friends.
